We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omaha Storm Chasers gear; if you are not, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
