How long will it take for my Storm Chasers gear to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves Werner Park.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom jerseys and clearance items are final sale.
Are the jerseys sold online the same as those worn by the players?
We offer both Authentic jerseys, which match the specifications of the on-field Triple-A uniforms, and Replica jerseys, which provide a similar look at a more accessible price point for fans.
Do you offer international shipping for fans outside the US?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working on expanding our reach to Storm Chasers fans worldwide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for a secure checkout experience.
Can I pick up my online order at the Werner Park team store?
Yes! During the checkout process, select 'In-Store Pickup.' You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to be collected at the Storm Front Team Store during regular business hours.
